Samba Baldeh

Samba Baldeh is a distinguished public servant, entrepreneur, and community leader serving as the President and CEO of Wisconsin Africa Trade & Investment Promotion. Currently a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, Baldeh is dedicated to building bridges between Wisconsin and Africa through trade and investment opportunities. His extensive legislative experience and passion for public service provide him with a unique perspective on fostering economic growth and cross-cultural collaborations.

Ngosong Fonkem

Ngosong Fonkem is an accomplished trade attorney specializing in international trade law and economic policy. As a partner at the Amundsen Davis law firm. Fonkem advises clients on complex global trade regulations. He is also the author of the book *Trade Crash* and the chair of the International Practice Section of the Wisconsin State Bar. His expertise in navigating the nuances of global commerce is instrumental in advancing the organization's mission

Abdul Abdi

Abdul Abdi is a visionary entrepreneur and leader in agricultural development, with a particular focus on the cashew industry. As Chairman of A Cashew Cooperative, he works to enhance value chains, foster market access, and promote sustainability in African agriculture. Abdi's work connects farmers with global markets, empowering communities and driving economic growth

Dr. Dele Ojelabi

Dr. Dele Ojelabi is a technology innovator and entrepreneur, serving as the Principal of Comcentia, LLC, a company specializing in custom software development and IT consulting. Dr. Ojelabi also contributes to education as a Professor of Computer Science at Marquette University. His blend of academic excellence, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial success makes him a vital asset to the board

Sahr Lebbie

Sahr Lebbie is the CEO of Global Lite Refinery, a venture focused on sustainable palm oil production in Sierra Leone. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he is dedicated to improving agricultural processing and creating economic opportunities in Africa. Lebbie's leadership underscores the importance of fostering connections between African markets and global investors

Bryceson Wambura

Bryceson Wambura is an entrepreneur and business strategist committed to advancing economic opportunities through innovative initiatives. His work emphasizes empowering businesses in Africa by bridging them with resources and opportunities in Wisconsin. Wambura’s strategic vision is critical to fostering sustainable development and long-term trade partnerships.

Dr. Ayo Obuseh

Dr. Ayo Obuseh is an accomplished public health professional and healthcare executive with expertise in health services, epidemiology, nutrition, and global health. He holds advanced degrees in public health, epidemiology, and nutrition and is a proud United States Air Force veteran. Dr. Obuseh has been a key leader in managing infectious disease outbreaks and has received national and international recognition for his contributions to public health. With a demonstrated history of leadership in healthcare and health services organizations, Dr. Obuseh has extensive experience in healthcare technology implementation, infectious disease epidemiology, maternal and child health, tropical medicine, and humanitarian assistance and disaster response initiatives.

Euphrase Komi Amessoudji

Komi is an accomplished Advanced Accountant with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR). He brings extensive expertise in financial management, tax preparation, and fiscal analysis. In addition to his professional credentials, Euphrase has demonstrated a strong commitment to economic empowerment and community engagement. His skills in both public sector accounting and private consultancy uniquely position him to contribute valuable insights to the WATIP board, furthering its mission of fostering trade opportunities and partnerships between Wisconsin and African nations.

Jerreh Kujabi

Jerreh is based in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, he is a co-founder of Gooh Grocery, an enterprise committed to combating food insecurity and providing access to affordable, culturally relevant food options. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Jerreh works as a Network Engineer for the Sun Prairie Area School District, where he ensures reliable and efficient IT infrastructure to support the educational needs of students and staff. His dual expertise in technology and community development positions him as a key advocate for connecting African diaspora communities and U.S. businesses to investment and trade opportunities in Africa.
